Why Do We Do What We Do?
The three founders have been working in business and technology for decades and have been involved with social media since the early 2000s, around the time that the web stopped being just a static information resource, started to become interactive and people started using the term web 2.0.
We’ve been working with collaboration, knowledge sharing and social tools to help business for over a decade, but despite increasing evidence of its potential, it’s only happening in a few companies – why isn’t everyone doing it? The potential that could be unleashed by organisations is enormous, but still mostly unrealised.
That’s what we want to fix!

We are passionate about the intersection of cloud computing, mobile technology and social tools, how these technologies can be deployed to make business more effective, and the way these trends are changing business and the whole world of work. Where most organisations involved in social business focus on using social media for outreach, marketing, and customer service, our focus is on using social tools end to end in a holistic way inside the business, across teams and business partnerships to drive efficiency, value and profit.
